Transportation

We at Boss Tech Rice and Agro Private Limited, ensure that every grain of Rice packed in our Rice mills are subjected to the most hygiene conditions, packed under the supervision of our QC department, who periodically checks and records, that no foreign matter and dust particles are present.

Our company vehicles used for transporting Rice products shall be clean, tightly closed to prevent the products from rain and other aspects. Each and every bag is physically checked by us.

  • To undertake regular maintenance of plant & machinery to enhance their productivity and retain process capability.
  • To maintain very high standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Quality grading of Rice products & Quality parameters to be monitored
  • Validatation and calibration of measuring equipment, machinery and utensils.
  • The equipment, machinery and utensils shall be checked for accuracy before use, especially moisture meters, mechanical driers, silos used for paddy and Rice storage, stone and metal Particle separators, color sorters and Rice packing machines in order to ensure that they can perform correctly and effectively.
